Flash Catalyst was introduced as the middle element in an integrated workflow - and a very impressive one at that.

From the forum input I think there are many of us who don't use the CS4 graphics tools, but instead draw directly in FC.

In this scenario the following aids are not essential but would be convenient time-savers:

• on the create panel, add the possibility to use a pre-defined artboard size & color template
• provide for default settings for text font-family, font-size and font-color
• allow a default minimum setting for the visible time-line (I have, through nesting, 60-70 cases where I always need about 10 seconds visible, so I'm constantly readjusting the shorter standard view).
