First, I want to say Thank You. Your software really helps people to release their creativity and also earn money.
As for the programm, I think that Flash Catalyst is a great project. I was relly encouraged with the things it can do. But one thing I feel lack of in it is the absence of integration between Catalyst and Adobe Flash. For some people (I'm not the exception) it is very difficult to learn programming. And that's the point where Adobe Flash provides me with necessary tools, that will allow me to create animation without the use of code. As for creating some interfaces, galleries - it is much easier to make them in Catalyst rather then in Flash and I was really happy with the way I could do it in Catalyst. It really encouraged me. But I've found out, that if I want to make some more complex animation, Catalyst doesn't give me an ability to do it. And the only programm here that will allow me to make my project more interesting and creative is the Adobe Flash. More... |

Tags: customize import interactivity swf It would be extremely useful when after importing an swf file into catalyst I could see the actual SWF and not just an icon representing it. Plus It would be also useful if I can customize it as well as far as the design/interactivity concerned. |
