Hello,

Any chance of getting scale-9 support for catalyst-created skins? It seems like FXG 2.0 supports scaleGrid attributes on its Graphic element (spark.primitives.Graphic right?) and Catalyst creates root graphic elements out of its "Optimized Graphics". Can we have some way of setting the scale grid in catalyst on an optimized graphic that would get coded in the .FXG's created by the Export to .FXPL process? Currently my Flash-to-FXG-to-Catalyst-to-FlashBuilder skins don't scale gracefully.

I've been trying to figure out the correct manual method of adding scaleGrid to the Graphics element, and the proper constraints on all the parent Groups (left=0, right=0, etc) but so far my rounded corners are still distorting.

Short of having this added to catalyst, I'd love any tips on how to achieve this manually in the meantime. Haven't found much help with my googling so far...

I did find this blog post (http://workflowflash.com/39116/flex-4-%E2%80%93-dynamic-fxg-path-data.php) where someone is overriding updateDisplayList and manually recalculating the SVG/FXG. Yikes! I'm hoping that isn't the only way to do it.

Thanks!

Darren
