what you need
1 can large olives
1 lb. lean ground beef
1 package taco seasoning
1 large can tomato sauce
8 large flour tortillas
1 lb. shredded cheddar/monterey cheese
make it Pre-heat skillet to 375-400 degrees. Chop olives in either halves or quarters.

Cook ground beef until brown and mix in 1 package of taco seasoning. Drain meat and set aside.

Pour some tomato sauce in the skillet and spread evenly. Lay 2 tortillas down in skillet and layer meat and cheese. Lay 1 more tortillas on top and spread tomato sauce lightly over it.

Lay down another tortilla and repeat the steps. Use the rest of the cheese and olives on the top. Cover and bake for 20-30 minutes.Notes You will need to use a electric skillet for this dinner.
