Tom, you could just make your new art back in Ai and copy-paste it directly in to Fc, I think that having the same integration that all the other CS4 programs have might be better, for example if you drag and drop a PSD file in to a Ai document, the PSD doc gets linked (you can do this between Adobe programs) so if you change the PSD the linked file inside Ai gets modified to, this feature is not only practical but beautiful, maybe this is the kind of integration we need from Fc, and a very important one, given that Fc is a graphic integration app more than a code one like Flex. But for me that only code at medium level in flash, having the power to use Flex without using Flex is great, also with RIA and WEB 2.0 interactions and workflows are getting very complex we as designers having another tool to make a better job it is always welcome. Fc empowers the designers to have more participation in GUI decisions and graphic applications for components, I believe it is better to make Fc richer, easier and with more features for designers instead that just merge everything. I feel Fc like Dw when they integrated split code-design windows and all those cool features for designers, from there I started to learn some HTML code, now I make my own web pages, and most important, I can have a more real approach to project management when communicating with my web master or developer by knowing (without being an expert in code or dev) how the tools work, I might not know how to use Flex, but now after trying Fc I have a wider span to produce more complex and richer things my way.
