... Pinch, etc Infact FC should have mobile app development support for accelerometer, testing on mobile devices(as included in Flash builder). Designers should be able to see how the app will work on a live device/profile before sending to developer. That way development time is further cut down. We create the UI in fC and FB to connect to an email server (yahoo, gmail, office mail, etc Yeah ! More and More components would make FC a powerful and productive Flashed Based RIA/RDA environmement. We might start witnessing a fast growing third-party components market for FC. I believe this would give developers more powers to designers creative ideas, implementation and better UI experience for users. Bringing in more hand-coding features will defeat the aim of this application. Adobe should ensure FC to a WYSIWIG Flash-Based RIA/RDA environment simple. Yeah it will nice if published FCatalyst - Jquery/javascript apps can run in any environment that support java (web, mobile, desktop) whether flash is installed or not. This is a cool feature I will be looking forward to in the next release without hassles. The images could be dynamically loaded with/without a backend database with an xml file generated automatically by FC and reusable by developers. Makes the designer-developer seismic relationship better! Also enabling designers to enable Dynamic Text(txt, doc, etc) with transition effects like motion blur when a user drags the scrollbar within Adobe Catalyst will be our final birthday gift in the next beta or official release of this app. That will be the coolest feature !!! True interactivity everyone is looking out for in that in this app without hassles! Ability to attach drag gestures to prototype windows with ease effect, etc.. Am looking forward to this feature in the next beta3. Also when can we have FC official release 1? Maybe that will be a new year gift from Adobe Corp. Next year!!! Llike a full FLV-like video control will not be a bad idea. This is a nice idea that demonstrates the natural flow of Adobe products and it'll be nice to integrate it fully.
