Make it super obvious when a text is not able to be cut and pasted. Â I do a lot of papers for school that I have to quote material. I love to copy and paste. Â Some pdf files do not allow me to do this. Â I would like a obvious icon showing that copy will not work on the files where I can't copy. |

There should be, in every document made, the ability to adjust the font size of text being typed into fields. Otherwise, if the box is not big enough, you cant see all of the information. |

I am creating a document that will be finished using Acrobat 9 Pro.  The document will allow users to write their name in a single text field once, then everywhere else in the document the name will appear identically.  Acrobat does this already, but I would like to suggest adding a "LOCK & UNLOCK FIELD" feature in order to protect the field from further changes. To the end-user this would be "LOCKABLE" and "UNLOCKABLE" in Adober Reader.  I attached a simple example.  The designer will be able to choose where the lock goes. This would enable text and numbers to be locked down in Adobe Reader, when extended rights are applied. Please see my example and let me know what you think. More... |

This is actually multiple related ideas all rolled into one.
1. Often, there is a requirement to interview people and record the audio minutes. How about we import WAV / MP3 files into Buzzword and have them transcribed into text- I'd even settle for 60% accuracy since that's 60% less typing for me! Sub-idea: this could turn into a new method of mobile buzzword document creation; call the Buzzword toll-free number and speak into it. Your speech is transcribed and saved as a new document. 2. Export a document as a WAV / MP3 file. I have several documents that I need to read but I need to be on the move. It would be nice if Buzzword could export documents that I could carry on my ipod or phone. Again: minimum accuracy is fine. A gist of the ideas in the document is really what's needed. This may be similar to what the Adobe Reader does (it reads documents out loud). Hopefully, these ideas sound as exciting to you as they did inside my head :) |

Wordart is probably one of the most coveted features of any office suite, and I use it a lot when making title pages etc. With this comes the need for better image formatting. Having only in line with text is very annoying, again especially when making cover pages. Text boxes is also a necessity. Having to return and space and mess up your formatting to get your text where you want it is very frustrating. |

Problem: Whenever I copy and paste text from any application into my Buzzword document I have to a.) mark this pasted text and b.) set font type and font size for it to the values I use in my Buzzword document. This can be very annoying. Â Idea: Copied and pasted text should get automatically the default text size and font type of a document. For this approach you should add something like 'Default Font Type & Size' to any document or user setting. Â This would make life with Buzzword more easy, at least for me :O) Thanks! Kai |
