#How about an automatic adjustment to font size so that an end note number that is

inserted into the main text (say 12pt)  is
shrunk to say 8pt..unless changed.

#Preferences that cover a bunch of things manually and automatically

1. If my collaborators always read at 120% page size, why cant that be saved?

2. If always export Word docx's, Why am I offered PDF as the default?

# Import my custom dictionary from Word into Buzzword. In other words, save time and effort creating yet another custom dicitonary. After all, when Buzzword bugs out I use Word. And have a much larger dictionary there from a longer period of use. If I could click click that list of strange words (some Australian) into Buzzword, I wouldn't have to re-correct items that I have already approved in Word.

Here is a challenge to Adobe staff.

You offer acrobat.com as a product for businesses to use.

Can you use it for yourselves?

I'll bet not.

While it is the heart of what will likely (eventually) be a great product with a great UI, it is not ready for serious users.

One simple example.

How can anyone be expected to store their files on My Files without folders (and tags).

While tags may come sooner rather than later, no folders is a glaring hole in the product.

I would recommend that you challege yourselves--if you cant use the products as employees of Adobe, then neither can we.

Rise to the challenge!

Regards

Peter Forman
