I use Acrobat.com to store client files so I can access them when I'm on the road. I use a laptop for road work and a desktop when I'm in the office, but keeping track of new and updated documents between multiple storage points quickly becomes difficult. Â Having an offline/on-line sync feature with options to sync by filename, date/time, file-type and others would be such a time saver and would prevent version over-writes. I'm not sure exactly how it would work, but perhaps allowing a user to create one or more profiles - each profile describing the hardware and the root of the sync'd folder - may allow for multiple sources to be managed. Â In theory, an Acrobat file space may contain many files tagged and bagged with source file paths from all over a local file system, so any method of sync would be a major time-saver. Â In the same thought space, uploading and downloading of multiple files would be great too. Â Brian |

It would be great to have a widget for the Mac dashboard and and an equivalent gadget for the Windows sidebar that allowed quick information feeds from the acrobat.com service. As widgets/gadgets are always connected to the internet they could update content on the fly. Things such as document changes, uploaded files or even live chat from ConnectNow could be incorporated into these widgets. Â It would be cool to have something that gave the user live information feeds without having to run the air or browser applications. |

Recently, I tried to use ConnectNow with a project team. There were three of us. Two people dialled in and used the participant ID while I logged on with my PC and wondered when they would join the meeting. Turns out that you can either meet online or over the phone. Â Would it be possible for ConnectNow to allow some people to join a meeting through a phone call and others to join the same meeting through their computers? |

I would like to sync my documents over my Mac and PC. Business users could use the same technology to sync home and work laptops. Imagine working offline, then connecting to the internet and having Buzzword sync up with your online documents. That would be BEYOND COOL! Perhaps an AIR functionality could do this...? |
