Tags: connectnow files folders groups organize I would you like to organize my uploaded files by themes, for example. Now, I have all my files in only "desktop". The organization could be with folders or groups. For example: "Network Classes Files", "Java Development Tutorials Files", etc. |

We need to be able to edit a PDF file through Acrobat.com, many times we get application forms and other forms in pdf format, it would be nice if we can open them in Acrobat.com, fill them in and send them back or print them for sending by post. |

Might sound a bit naive - but Amazon Storage support would make connect acrobat and buzzword and photoshop the ultimate online app suite! Cause I'm just really annoyed now by having my local files on home computer, office computer, pics in phone, pics files on photoshop.com, documents everywhere and on buzzword.com, spreadsheet on editgrid.com, etc. etc. lot of manual syncing lot of not syncing at all - lot of mess - could you please bring a light of beautiful elegancy and integrate amazon s3 or some other scalable cloud storage service PLEASE so we can access our files from EVERYWHERE... Â anyone else would appreciate this? thanks |

When many people share a bunch of files with me, my "My Files" view just becomes a long list of files without context. I propose that a new way of sorting be introduced, sorting by event or reason. Â When you share files with people, you would specify the reason, say "Project A". When those people look at their "My Files" view sorted in the "Event/Reason" method, they would see all files related to "Project A" under a "Project A" heading. Subsequent file shares with the same reason, e.g. "Project A", would therefore end-up under the proper heading. Â In this way, you would have more information about the context under which the files were shared with you rather than staring at a meaningless list of files. |

I would like it if people could access files that I put on acrobat.com without having to send them a link in an email. This is assuming that a file structure will be created in the future. People could then see all the files that I have created for them and download the ones they need. This could be done by creating a folder and granting access to certain email addresses. You could even take it a step further and create a login and password for each folder that you wanted to grant access to.  Example: I am a designer and I create 2 logos for 5 companies. I would create 5 "accessible folders", one for each company. Customer 1 would log on to the personal web address that I provide them such as "acrobat.com/angryape/customer1" . A login screen would pop up and after they login, they can see the 2 files that I uploaded for them to view. They can look at them on screen or download them. I would create folders, passwords and a web address for each customer.  Microsoft does something simila More... |

Tags: acrobat.com favorite files I use the acrobat.com storage service almost all the time. I always have to look for some specific files that I use a lot (manuals, presentations, etc). Â IDEA: Why don't you add a sorting button or a little box somewhere, that shows the most accessed or "favorite" files? |
