When sharing a desktop screen, the host loses access to the menu bar. Along with it go the options to share/remove the microphone, access the whiteboard, and send files. The menu bar items should be available in the screen sharing pallette. If space is an issue, or a complete menu would ruin the interface design, a drop down list that provided all the options would suffice. |
