Tags: i wish there was a simpler way to create an account for whom i need to give access to. for example: i work in and office where my supervisor needs to have access to all bids we make; but at the same time a client needs to have access to their bids too. if there was a way that i could create a folder, this folder must have access for defferent folders "for clients within it" and have access for an administrator "in this case my-selft" and my supervisor and again limit the access to a client folder for the client. i know that as far as accounts, it's not dificult to create, yet this is the problem i've come across: say for example i want John 'a client" to view a bid. John does not know about acrobat.com and so now, i need to go ahead and explain how to get an account from acrobat.com. But there's a problem. many of my clients are able to get an account, however, they always forget to confirm their account. so, i go ahead and create an account with my domain in this case mg-nf.com; now, More... |

I guess it would be great if we could rename or edit the name of .pdf we upload. It's a really basic idea. |

Tags: I've been using Acrobat.com for a long time and find it very useful in my daily work with clients. It would be really, really great to have the ability to organize files into folders in addition to the levels of organization already built in.  Thanks  Gerry S. |

The other day, I had just started using acrobat.com and had uploaded all of my documents to it for access on any computer. I was really excited at that idea.... until I realized that ANYONE could find them, because they were all open access. It would be nice if we could select multiple files (shift/ctrl click?) and set them all to private or shared. It's just a minor feature that I was surprised it didn't support. In fact, shift-clicking could be used to set other attributes of the files as well, or to obtain links for multiple files at once. |

Just like you can in Mac OS, Gmail, and MS Outlook, I'd like to be able to apply color coded labels to my files in the file organizer and also be able to sort/filter based on the applied labels. |
