I use Acrobat.com to store client files so I can access them when I'm on the road. I use a laptop for road work and a desktop when I'm in the office, but keeping track of new and updated documents between multiple storage points quickly becomes difficult. Â Having an offline/on-line sync feature with options to sync by filename, date/time, file-type and others would be such a time saver and would prevent version over-writes. I'm not sure exactly how it would work, but perhaps allowing a user to create one or more profiles - each profile describing the hardware and the root of the sync'd folder - may allow for multiple sources to be managed. Â In theory, an Acrobat file space may contain many files tagged and bagged with source file paths from all over a local file system, so any method of sync would be a major time-saver. Â In the same thought space, uploading and downloading of multiple files would be great too. Â Brian |

Tags: collection multiple sharing If I want to share files with other users, I have to select the file and go through the share process. For multiple files, I have to go through this process for each file I want to share. Being able to share all of the files in a collection or list at once by sharing the collection itself instead of each file one by one would be a major time saver. |

Tags: I am presently having to use one of Adobe's competitor's software because of inadequate output options for the Adobe pdf print driver.  I have several applications I run unattended that can generate multiple print jobs (i.e. hundreds) over night while I'm not there. With the Adobe PDF printer, this cannot be accomplished unattended, you must be there to give each new pdf file a name or default to the previous file being overwritten. Neither of these works for me.  This other pdf print driver I use can recognize that a file with the default file name exists and then by way of the printing preferences, either sequentially number the pdf output files or append each in succession as it is created to either the front or the back of the existing pdf.  Right now, the pdf printer is set up for user interaction not unattended operation.  I have attached a copy of some screen dumps of the pdf printer that I am having to resort to using.  The printing preferences for the Adobe PD More... |

Tags: Unfortunately this only came to my attention recently..as well as the Numerous complaints received by my company. When Acrobat.com File share was in Beta our firm created a button On Our Website to Link to Our Corp Catalog stored on Acrobat.com. We thought this was great and recommended it internationally, but Now in the out of beta version whenever a client, or prospective client clicks on the button it next opens to 'Acrobat.com is Loading...' with a "Global Corp" graphics AD positioned on the bottom of the screen ( along with)... The original beta version included a % complete on file upload status. While the progress bar with the current version still provides some information as to the status, I prefer the original version that indicates percent complete. |

Tags: The first quote on the File Sharing and Storage webpage ( https://acrobat.com/features_file_sharing_and_storage.html ) states: ""The fact that the Acrobat.com Share feature has no file size constraints is amazing. I can now deliver large presentations and multimedia files to friends and colleagues without worrying about crashing their e-mail. Adobe has brought new ease and reliability to sharing rich content."  I completely agree, and this is one of the features that, in the past, has drawn me toward using this site. Unfortunately, with the new "Upgrade" there is a 100MB file size limitation. While I can understand an overall storage maximum, this file size limitation is VERY limiting. I regularly work with files well in excess of this limit and the limitation renders this site useless to me in terms of file storage and sharing. I have gone through a chat session with tech support, and never received an anser to my question regarding this issue. I even received two messages indica More... |
