The ability to share your screen with someone is great! The ability to do that without requiring someone to make an account is even better! Â Another awesome ability would be to allow people to invite someone to a meeting (like using ConnectNow) and then allow that person to give control of their computer to someone else in that meeting. Â Or even have someone that was invited - just share their screen - not even really needing to give me control of it. Â Often times I'll being talking to a client or a customer on the phone and they will be asking me questions on how to use a Website I just built them, or an application I just programmed for them and sometimes being able to see what THEY see is very important. Â For instance: Â I have a customer call me and ask how to use a Zimbra account I have setup for them. This customer is running OSX 10. She is also 73 years old. Â It can take literally 45 minutes to get her to open Safari. If I could show her where Safari is on her computer and how to us More... |

Working in an industry where electronic submission security is extremely important (healthcare) it would be great to have a free tool that allows me compose a message to another user and send them a link to download a file hosted on the acrobat.com servers, instead of emailing them an encrypted version of said file.  GoDaddy recently launched a service like this (www.thebigsend.com) but it's littered with ads and, in my opinion, very poorly executed.  If Adobe could tie in a tool similar to this, but more aesthetically and functionally appealing, I think it would be a great addition to this product suite.  I'd love to hit acrobat.com, specify the recipient, upload the file, and when that completes the person receives an email stating they have a file waiting for them to download.  Maybe they have to create an account before downloading the file, I don't know....there are a few different ways to ensure the person downloading the file is actually the person who the email was meant for. Tags: collaboration history save version First of all, the History feature is a great enhancement to collaboration. Â However, I'd wish to be able to say which version of my document finds its way to the "history line". Â The reason: When I am working on a document I do SAVE often and so the time line is populated with steps which represent just little changes, instead of major milestones in the document. A result is, that I can't often go back in time more than two days. Â Would be great to have something like SAVE SNAPSHOT to preserve certain steps in the live cycle of the document. Â Â Â |

Tags: formatting styles stylesheet We need styles for paragraphs, characters, tables, and all other elements. Nobody can create document while fomatting each paragraph separately. Â We also need that styles be dynamic (macros are not good) i.e. changing a style should automatically change all corresponding elments. Â By the way, all word processing applications have this. |

It would be incredibly useful to see where the tabs are, where return key has been pressed, where the spaces are etc. as in MS Word. MS Word has a show / hide button. Can Buzzword get the same please |

Tags: i wish there was a simpler way to create an account for whom i need to give access to. for example: i work in and office where my supervisor needs to have access to all bids we make; but at the same time a client needs to have access to their bids too. if there was a way that i could create a folder, this folder must have access for defferent folders "for clients within it" and have access for an administrator "in this case my-selft" and my supervisor and again limit the access to a client folder for the client. i know that as far as accounts, it's not dificult to create, yet this is the problem i've come across: say for example i want John 'a client" to view a bid. John does not know about acrobat.com and so now, i need to go ahead and explain how to get an account from acrobat.com. But there's a problem. many of my clients are able to get an account, however, they always forget to confirm their account. so, i go ahead and create an account with my domain in this case mg-nf.com; now, More... |
