I have several documents from earlier classes that I would like to view/edit in buzzword. Could we have a bulk-upload feature to upload entire folders? The filetypes would be restricted to those supported by buzzword. Â Before uploading, the uploader should be able to provide tags that apply to all the documents being uploaded. This would really help with the cataloging process. |

First of all, amazing program! I want to use this site more, but you seem to be missing a function we need. My firm is currently using a competitor of yours because of the capability to download a document, make edits to that document, then upload the changes to the document within a shared workspace without producing another file; that is, the edits are occurring on one document only and the uploading replaces the document that is currently on the site and the document is always shared. Your site doesn't seem to have this capability and every time I upload the changes to a document I simply produce another file which is inefficient and can be confusing to the people sharing the document.  Will you please add this function?  Your competit More... |

Tags: connectnow files myfiles save upload ConnectNow: Files Pod + MyFiles  CURRENTLY: - "Upload a File" button gives you access to upload your computer files. (great feature!) - "Save a File" button gives you the ability to save files to your computer. (great feature!)   SUGGEST: - "Upload/Save a file from MyFiles!" (great additional feature!!!!!)  Having this extra button would give a major improvement to File Sharing/Accessibility/Storage within the Acrobat.com Cloud. More... |

I would love the ability to view and annotate uploaded images, PDFs, even photoshop or swf files in ConnectNow. Currently the only way to annotate a document is by sharing screens and, although great, the resolution quality is not fantastic. Furthermore, if you are not willing to share your screen, annotating a design is not possible. Â The way I envision this working is you upload your file (be it JPEG, PNG, PDF, SWF etc.) and in the files pod you click an "Annotate" button. The file then gets loaded into either the whiteboard pod or its own new pod and the annotation tools appear. This will allow designers to collaborate very closely with their clients on specific design changes (and at a good resolution). |

I would like this idea to be comebined or associated with D327, the number one idea right now called "Folders in the organizer". If you were to go to uploadrobots.com you can register quickly and try out there system by uploading a few images of and docs (not important) and assign folders, its super fast and efficient. If Acrobat could do a similar storing system for PDF's. Buzzword Docs, Images, etc. this would be extremely useful. Comments? |

The original beta version included a % complete on file upload status. While the progress bar with the current version still provides some information as to the status, I prefer the original version that indicates percent complete. |
