Idea here is to be able to see, how many users viewed the document, downloaded, last accessed, re-shared etc. |

Just like I can provide a list of keywords when submitting a feature request on this site, I'd like to be able to set keywords and apply tags to my documents at "Save" that would be used in search/sort/filter |

Tags: I use MyFiles to store a lot of presentations in the Acrobat.com Cloud. This makes it really easy for me to show anyone those presentations from any computer. I simply love it.  BUT....when i want to email the link to someone, the link is simply too long. There should be an option to shorten it and maybe even give it a name.  Example: This is a presentation called WebStorm  CURRENT:  https://share.acrobat.com/adc/document.do?docid=3368579b-b2e2-44fa-8bf8-8ce2d9b63c0e  NEW:  |

Tags: I don't know if this is already covered in another idea or not so here goes:  It would be nice if in addition to sharing individual files with co-workers we could share a common workspace with the ability to upload documents to said workspace and edit each other's work. For instance, I collaborate with two other people writing a weekly article series. If we had a common workspace that we could work from (editing, uploading, organizing, etc.) it would be much less chaotic than including each individual article into the list of unrelated documents already on our Buzzword desktops. Instead we could just have a access point on our Buzzword desktops that link to the common workspace.  I'm not a very technical person but I hope what I said makes sense. |
