In Buzzword, you should be able to make a group with you friends. So when you need to share a file with them, you don't have to put all the e-mails on the sharing list, just insert the group name.

When I'm inviting people to share a document with me, sometimes I put information in the invitation body that I want to share with people not on this invitation list. For example, I may have already shared it with them, or I may want a copy of the email for my own records.

So it would be nice to be able to add email addresses to whom a modified invitation email will be sent: in place of the #i link it would say something like "Andrew has invited N people to share the document Such-and-such (with a #d link if the recipient is already on the sharing list) and included the following text in the invitation email:"

I love Acrobat.com but I would love it even more if it incorporated the abilities like those of some of its Air products. i.e.: add something like "Remember the Milk" for tasks and "Universal Inbox" for a single source location for email, news, photos and etc. Make a complete business package of file storage, collaboration, presentation, on-line meeting, email, scheduling (calendar), tasks or projects tracking, contact database and buzzword AND interlink them for easy apps switching or file sharing or note taking.

this is the second time i have embarrassed myself by forgetting that i had a screenshare running in the background after our call was completed.

it would be very nice to have the border of the shared area glow red or something every so often to remind me that i'm sharing my screen.

If I want to share files with other users, I have to select the file and go through the share process. For multiple files, I have to go through this process for each file I want to share. Being able to share all of the files in a collection or list at once by sharing the collection itself instead of each file one by one would be a major time saver.
