In Buzzword... Â Be able to have an option to automatically number all your pages in an order where you want it to begin or (standard) begin with page 1 and number the document WITHOUT moving any sentences. |

Tags: officeword optimization pages view workspace It would be very useful to be able of seeing different pages of the document at the same time in the same window... In office word 2007 you can see at least two different pages placed in different parts of the doc at the same time. I'm electrical engineer student and I used to study of many books in pdf format. There are times when you need to see different topics of the book placed in opposite sides of it and it's to impractical and slow to look for a different pages as many times as you need..It would be so usefull to see in the same workspace different parts of your document or pdf book at the same time..I would save much time when you are reading a long docs. |

Just like a "notebook". Would make jumping to pages much easier. This would have to be a document-by-document setting.
Instead of scrolling down for new pages, you could just click on the tab for the appropriate page. Pages wouldn't even need numbers any more. Just headings / names. |

Hi Adobe People!  I was reading an E-Book today, and had the thought that it would be easier and more natural to scroll between the pages left-right rather than up and down. Perhaps an option to have this will be available in the future??  Examples of this in other places here: I-Tunes' Album art view Issuu's page flipping style JavaPDF page turner feature  Perhaps even just an option within the Pages panel to have the pages scroll horizontally instead of vertically would be nice.  It's not neccessarily the turning feature of these, but the horizontal navigation of the pages that would make it more natural.  Also, some way (other than a scroll bar) to feel how far through a document you are.. Perhaps a visual "Pages Before vs Pages After current page" icon?  I find i get disoriented reading anything on the computer for these reasons.  Thank you for you time :) More... |
