I want to display my presentations during web conferencing, but without "displaying my screen." The quality would display better this way. I have a video business, and need to display high quality video over a web conference. Plus, it would be great to be able to control my presentation, which opened in the audiences window. Is there a way I can do this already? I would think it could be easily done, since the presentations are web-based. |

Tags: access collaborate collaboration comment content document files read reader read-only share sharing store I advocate Acrobat.com to all my clients as a way of storing, sharing and collaborating on content. Most are not experienced in IT so they struggle with some basics that us IT folks take for granted.  "Why do I have to send an email to let my colleague read the document"? is a common one.  So indeed, why not be able to give your colleagues read-only access to some or all of your files if you want their views? Well, because they might want to change the content and they do that in their own space. So why not use the Acrobat Reader approach and let them put sticky comments on it for you to edit, delete or accept as you see fit without creating multiple temporary documents in other file systems?  I can understand that I might have multiple clients files in my file space and I don't want one colleague or client to see stuff that's not for them, so that takes us into the ACL space, which might imply using a sledgehammer where one isn't needed. Perhaps a simpler, two-level authentica More... |

Tags: collaboration collections share Often, there is a need to create multiple documents linked by the same topic. That link is provided by Collections.
Why not allow a feature to share an entire Collection for collaboration- I know my teams tend to have a bunch of documents. Sharing a Collection would really simplify the collaboration process. |

Tags: integration share tweetdeck twitter This is a simple idea really, and similar to how TweetDeck integrate TwitPic and YFrog today, for easily uploading pictures and sharing their links on Twitter.  Here's what I envision for this integration between Acrobat.com and TweetDeck:  * First, just as a Twitter user is able to add multiple accounts and add a Facebook account, I would like to see an option for adding an Acrobat.com account in the Settings dialog box.  * Currently TweetDeck enables multiple Twitter accounts and also posting directly to FaceBook. I would like to see an Acrobat.com option next to FaceBook. Alternatively, an Acrobat.com icon in the toolbar  * Clicking either of these options would bring up the 'Browse' dialog box for uploading any supported file to ones Acrobat.com account.  * An option would then come up for choosing whether to make the file publicly available or private, although on Twitter it's likely that most of the time the user would want to make it publicly available.  * Then just like shari More... |

It would be great to be able to log into Acrobat.com, not into each piece of Acrobat.com.  Now, I can log into Buzzword to create a file, but when I go to view My Files from the Acrobat.com AIR Application, I have to log in again. Is there a way to log in once and have access to all 5 of the apps? |

First of all, amazing program! I want to use this site more, but you seem to be missing a function we need. My firm is currently using a competitor of yours because of the capability to download a document, make edits to that document, then upload the changes to the document within a shared workspace without producing another file; that is, the edits are occurring on one document only and the uploading replaces the document that is currently on the site and the document is always shared. Your site doesn't seem to have this capability and every time I upload the changes to a document I simply produce another file which is inefficient and can be confusing to the people sharing the document.  Will you please add this function?  Your competit More... |
