Tags: filedownload filepreview review Hi there - Everytime someone sends me a PDF review file via Acrobat.com, I click on the shared link which allows me to preview or download the file. The Preview feature is great but I can't use it to comment. Once I download the file, I have to go to my file manager (explorer) and find the file before I can start the review process. It would be great to add a similar feature already available for *.zip files. Once I extract files to a specified folder, a screen pop's up asking me whether I want to "show extracted files." This allows me to immediately open the folder destination and I can start working. Would love to see this implemented with Acrobat.com. Â Best. Johann |

Tags: compare comparisson review versions It would be very nice to have an on-line tool which allows compasisson between 2 versions of PDF documents. Third party commercial programs are available, however their stability and reliability are quetionable. |

I would like the ability to remotely (within Acrobat.com) change review deadlines or end a review. |

If you start offering a service like ProofHQ.com that works directly with acrobat I would be extremely happy.  Designers point of view: Create PDF. Open in Acrobat. Tell it to post to Acrobat.com and email a list of recipients to review the pdf by x date. As the owner of that PDF I can see who has reviewed, made changes and/or approved. Or an email is sent to me when all recipients have reviewed. From login you can see a list of documents you have sent out for review.  From the reviewers point of view: They receive the email, log in to acrobat.com and there's a list of all the documents they have received to review and their review due dates. Once they've selected a file to review they can do comments and mark ups, with those comments tagged as being from that specific user. If they don't review by the date specified they receive a reminder email.  If you really wanna be schnazzy have the option to place an icon in the menu bar that gives an at a glance look at the number of pdfs sent More... |

For more process oriented documents, I'd like to be able to create simple reusable workflows that I could apply to my documents. For example, I could create a review workflow where the document is created/authored in step 1 (by users I specify), then there is a review step, if the document is approved, then the workflow is complete, otherwise it goes back to the authoring step.  What would make this even better is that in my review step, I could set up a review meeting in Connect Now that gets associated with this step. When a document is moved from author to review, a meeting gets created in Connect Now were assigned reviewers can review the doc in real time together. |

Would be good in some scenarios to have "Track Changes" like functionality for my Buzzword docs. When a Reviewer of the document makes edits, they wouldn't be part of the document, but instead recorded as changes my by the users that I can accept (in which case it becomes part of the document) or reject, in which case it would not be part of the document. |
