I believe a simple book format would be good for Buzzword for those that may be using it for exporting to a print ready pdf file.  It would include a way to do a simple table of contents and be able to add an effect to the first letter of each chapter.  In my humble view, opportunities will abound to self-publish for everyone who wants to trek the path of formatting, etc. Book templates in Buzzword would allow for this and encourage its use even more.
