Have th ability to completely customise the Meeting Interface to follow user company guidelines

I'd like the ability to completely change the look of the interface to blend into company policy schemes to provide a seemless integration to company Elearning.

 

Ideally, I would love the ability to download the complete Flex Source code to use the Meeting Application behind the company firewall to protect possible sensitive data etc.....
