Adobe can now verify if your instalation of Adobe software is or is not infected
Tags: Today Kaspersky Anti-Virus 2009 flagged that acrord32.exe as a "highly dangerous" and "malicious" "Trojan program".  I wonder if we are on the verge of software companies suing each other for malicious defaming their products.  My question to Adobe is:  Does Adobe have a website that any user can scan their installation of Adobe Reader 9.1.0 to see if their computer actually is infected or not? (To see if their anti-virus program is telling them the truth or not?) If any user could go directly to www.Adobe.com/ and check their version, he/she could be sure that it is Adobe that is verifying that their program is or is not infected with a virus, a Trojan or malware. Knowing this would be a great relief to everyone who uses Adobe Acrobat Reader.  My suggestion to Adobe is:  Do it!  Stephen  All Votes
