Access accounts
Tags: i wish there was a simpler way to create an account for whom i need to give access to. for example: i work in and office where my supervisor needs to have access to all bids we make; but at the same time a client needs to have access to their bids too. if there was a way that i could create a folder, this folder must have access for defferent folders "for clients within it" and have access for an administrator "in this case my-selft" and my supervisor and again limit the access to a client folder for the client. i know that as far as accounts, it's not dificult to create, yet this is the problem i've come across: say for example i want John 'a client" to view a bid. John does not know about acrobat.com and so now, i need to go ahead and explain how to get an account from acrobat.com. But there's a problem. many of my clients are able to get an account, however, they always forget to confirm their account. so, i go ahead and create an account with my domain in this case mg-nf.com; now, this has served me pretty well, because, i have more control over the people who sees or have access to a particular document. however, i need to create an accout, verify an account, and delete their account from my domain. the other problem is; that once i create this account in acrobat.com it stays there. So what i am tryinng to say is; that may be acrobat.com can we us some sort of admin priviledges to where we can create accounts, be able to delete them, and give an option to for my clients; if they like what they see to create an account with acrobat.com for them-selves. but it would be on their own. separate from my domain.  i hope this makes sence for anyone. let me know by adding your comments.
