First off, I would like to say that a person should be able to share their screen/.pdf file without having the other person make an account.

Second, I am deaf. And I'm sure there are will be a lot more deaf people wanting to use this service. As a deaf person, there should be the ability to have equal access. Meaning rather than phone conferencing, we should be able to type messages back an forth in real time. We should be able to set up meetings just as the hearing person but instead use real-time messaging kinda like AIM.
